Simply Sweet Kids Boutique currently offers some of our products on a wholesale basis.

Payments can be made in the form of a company check or credit card (Visa, MC, or Discover), through the website or by a Paypal invoice.

Wholesale orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and will be shipped after payment is made.

The minimum opening order is $150.00 and reorders are $50.00.

Products must be ordered in quantities of three.

- Contact Name

- Store Address

- Sales Tax ID Number
