Return Policy
We can not accept returns on personalized or custom orders, unless there is an error on our part.
Non-personalized or custom items can be returned within 10 days for a refund. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail. Shipping charges are as follows:
$0.01-$25.00 =$4.95
$25.01-$50.00=$5.95
$50.01-$99.99=$6.95
$100.00+=Free shipping
If you select the "pick up in store" option, you will be notified by e-mail or phone when your order is ready to be picked up.
